Upfront Summit Hollywood 

Brief: Showcase Upfront Ventures as the predominant thought leader in the LA tech community by bringing together entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, thought leaders and influencers for a three-day Summit. 

Results: RGLive partnered with Upfront Ventures to create an exciting program that demonstrated both the growth of the tech market in Los Angeles and how it’s proximity to the entertainment industry gives it a diversified advantage. Highlights included:

• A highly-produced program of Panel Discussions, Keynote Speakers and Breakout Sessions at the Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Award, as a live twenty-five piece live orchestra played cinema's greatest scores for the crowds.

• Participants received exclusive backstage access and sessions were held in the dressing rooms, production rooms and on the stage’s hydraulic lift.

• A farmers market inspired lunch featuring five of LA’s most sought after Food Trucks.

• A fabulous wrap party on the stage of the Dolby Theatre featuring live entertainment and dinner by Wolfgang Puck.
